ELIGIBILITY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURES

Please note that you cannot undergo a permanent makeup procedure if you are:

1. Pregnant or breastfeeding

2. Under the age of 18

3. Have severe skin conditions such as eczema or acne

4. Diabetic (under supervision) or currently undergoing chemotherapy.

BOOKING

​

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required and will go towards your service. This fee also applies to training sessions. On the day of your appointment, we are able to process payments for the remaining amount using credit or debit cards. There are no refunds for any of our products or services.

LASHES

​

Please note that if your last appointment was 3 weeks or more ago, or your lashes have fallen out by 40% or more, a new lash set will be required for the best results.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS

​

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel, we request that you provide us with a notice of 72 hours in advance. If email is unanswered, please call or text so we can respond promptly. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. 

All no show appointments and same day rescheduling will result in forfeiture of deposit, and will be charged 50% of the remaining balance, plus applicable fees. Please note that any fees charged will not be carried over to future appointments.

PUNCTUALITY

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate accommodations. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without prior communication will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a charge for the full payment.
