Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. No refunds. Cash / Debit / E-Transfer / Credit Cards are accepted as payment methods. E-transfers/Debits / Credit Card are subject to 13% HST tax. Credit cards/debit are subject to processing fees. Please give yourself enough time to arrive to your appointment on time incase of weather, accidents, constructions, etc. Please advise artist if you will be late. There is a 20 minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances. After 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled/rescheduled and a forfeiture of retainer fee. In order to book, a new retainer fee of $100 is required. It is your responsibility to google maps the location before hand. Any rescheduling must provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid penalty. No shows will result in a forfeiture of retainer fee and 50% of the service charged to the credit card saved on file. It is the clients responsibility to adhere to all pre-procedural instructions. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
