Service Description
Lip neutralization is the process of implanting colour to shift cool tones and create a more even toned effect throughout the lip. Lip blush is the process of adding colour to the lips without having to first neutralize. Avoid caffeine or alcohol for 48 hrs prior to your appointment & make sure your lips are moisturized. Swelling subsides within 24-48 hrs. There is no down time.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. No refunds. Cash / Debit / E-Transfer / Credit Cards are accepted as payment methods. E-transfers/Debits / Credit Card are subject to 13% HST tax. Credit cards/debit are subject to processing fees. Please give yourself enough time to arrive to your appointment on time incase of weather, accidents, constructions, etc. Please advise artist if you will be late. There is a 20 minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances. After 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled/rescheduled and a forfeiture of retainer fee. In order to book, a new retainer fee of $100 is required. It is your responsibility to google maps the location before hand. Any rescheduling must provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid penalty. No shows will result in a forfeiture of retainer fee and 50% of the service charged to the credit card saved on file. It is the clients responsibility to adhere to all pre-procedural instructions. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
