Service Description
There is any visible old tattoo, Elly will be charging you the correction pricing. Elly has been doing Brows for over six years. For brows without any past microblading/ombre. Ombre is a semi-permanent eyebrow technique that creates a soft shaded brow pencil look. This is achieved with a permanent makeup machine and pigments. This treatment is suitable for clients with or without any brow hair as well as oily or sensitive skin. The goal of this procedure is to give the illusion of a natural full brow. This 2-step procedure starts with the initial session followed by the touch-up in 8 weeks. Brows usually last 1-3 yrs.
Cancellation Policy
A retainer fee of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This retainer is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show. Rescheduling Any rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. No refunds are issued for cancellations. Late Arrivals Please advise your artist as soon as possible if you will be late. There is a 20-minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.). After 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled/rescheduled, and your retainer fee will be forfeited (non-refundable, as above). A new $100 retainer will be required to rebook. It is your responsibility to plan for travel time, accounting for weather, accidents, construction, etc., and to review your appointment location (via Google Maps or similar) in advance. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee, plus a 60% booking fee of the total service cost, charged to the credit card on file. Payment Methods We accept Cash, Debit, E-Transfer, and Credit Card. • E-Transfer, Debit, and Credit Card payments are subject to 13% HST. • Credit Card and Debit payments are subject to additional processing fees. Pre-Procedural Instructions It is the client's responsibility to follow all pre-procedural instructions provided prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being rescheduled. Client Authorization & Consent By booking an appointment with Black Velvet Collection, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the policy above. Specifically, I acknowledge and authorize the following: • My $100 retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or lateness. • In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, I authorize Black Velvet Collection Inc. to charge the credit card on file for a 60% booking fee of my total service cost, in addition to forfeiture of my retainer. • I am responsible for arriving on time and have reviewed my appointment location in advance. • I am responsible for following all pre-procedural instructions and understand that failure to do so may result in rescheduling. I authorize Black Velvet Collection Inc. to charge the payment card provided for any fees outlined in this policy, as applicable.
