The Founder
Elvire Musasa is one of Toronto & Montreal's top recognized and respected permanent makeup artists.
Elly has been doing permanent makeup for over 6 years and has over 14 certifications. She travels across the world for conferences and trainings to further enhance her skill set to be better for her clients. She has worked on over 1000 clients to date & has trained over 100 students.
